How location affects service planning
The best schedule balances travel, building access and the work that actually needs to be completed.
Regional coverage does not mean every service is available at every hour in every community. Recurring janitorial routes, one-time specialty projects and multi-property portfolios are scheduled differently. The property address is only one part of the planning process.

Offices, strata buildings and managed commercial sites can often be grouped into regular service schedules when the frequency and access window are predictable.
One-time projects
