1.
What are our rates?
Our pricing is completely
individualized. Everyone's needs are different and every home is as
unique as the people living there. We base our pricing on many
factors, including the size of your home, the types of flooring,
level of clutter and the services that you actually require. That is
why we like to meet with you in your home or at the office in order
to provide you with a quote that is as accurate as possible.
2. Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes, we bring all necessary cleaning
solutions and tools to get the job done right. If you prefer for
us to use your own cleaning products, just let us know.
3. Can I skip or reschedule an appointment?
We would like a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
4. Can I make arrangements for cleaning at a time when I am not home?
Yes. We recognize that many people are quite busy. As such, it is common for us to complete our services when you are not home. We will make arrangements with you to get access to your building, be it a key or other security access.
5. Can you explain why I find that once my
carpets were cleaned, they seem to attract soil quickly, and stay
wet for a long time? My carpets often need to be cleaned more
often. Why?
That is true with many
cleaning methods because soap or chemical residues naturally
attract soil. These residues must be completely rinsed out and
with complete extraction to ensure the carpeting or upholstery has
a bright and new appearance. If you don't extract the soil in your
carpet after a rotary shampoo, then the soil will resurface later.
Using the "Unique" method we often get comments that
customers can actually see a big difference in the color of the
carpeting or upholstery once we've loosened the embedded soil and
extract that residue.
6. How long does drying take?
Carpet dries in 12- 24 hours. Upholstery dries
in 6 - 12 hours depending on the fabric; temperature and air flow
in the home.
7. Do you give free estimates?
Yes! We will come to your home or business to
give you a free estimate
8. Can you pressure wash in the rain?
Yes, despite popular opinion it is
actually easier as the rain will loosen dirt from surfaces.
9. Why should I pressure wash?
From a maintenance perspective, pressure
washing can prolong the life of the material by allowing it to
drain and breathe properly. Visually, as long as the proper
procedures are followed pressure washing can make things look like
new.
10. When should I pressure wash?
Yearly is a good interval, but it does depend
on the surface and Custom Power Wash will help you to figure out
your maintenance schedule and cleaning needs.
